Minor Expression
There is such thing as the Minor Expression number. This is based on your name that you are currently using, the name you use to introduce yourself and also includes your last name or names.
The short name is not much of a comparison to the full name in terms of influence. Most interesting thing is though, is that the short name does compensate, in a strange way, for numbers which are missing or are generally out of place in the full name.
A number missing in the full name can lead to a prominently in the short name or numbers that appear in excess in the full name which can be compensated for in the short name. That is an instance. If your name is changed later on in live via marriage or for professional reasons, it can add or take away certain qualities.
One rule you should stick by is that you don’t change your name on impulse. That is a recommendation from me. But in the case of marriage, it doesn’t leave much of a choice, but these days women are starting to hyphenate their names or sticking with their maiden names. If you must change your name for professional reasons, the characteristics which are already present in your lineage makes new names easier to assimilate into your personality.
There are commonly asked questions when it comes to short names:
- When you are in relaxed and social settings, the shortest name is the name that you feel closest to.
- The short name is the name you would use when thinking about yourself, including your last name.
When you are starting to figure out the Minor Expression number, you should never use the middle initial but if you do, you must introduce yourself with the initial. For example, "Hi, I am James D. Hook."
The names you have previously used, reveals your inner feelings and characteristics which have always been with you for your entire life. If you do not use that name anymore, there will be no resemblance to the current identity you currently possess.
If you wanted to find your Minor Expression number, you will have to use the same formula to find the Expression number. But you will need to use the name you use now which includes your current last name.
